ID Card Printing Policy

Overview

We have created this policy to make it clear to our customers on what ID cards we can or cannot print. Please make sure you read and understand the ID Card Prinitng Policy as we reserve the right to refuse any ID Card printing request that may break this policy.

ID cards we can print

This section of the ID card printing policy is to make our customers aware of what types of ID cards we may be able to print depending on a criteria.
We can print Company ID cards, School or Student ID cards. * Some restrictions apply (please see below)

Proof of ownership of company/business

We may require proof that you own the company/business that the ID card is required for and that you own the Logo to be printed on the ID card for that company/business.

Permission to print school/college/student ID cards
We may require proof that you have permission from the school/college that requires staff ID cards or Student ID cards to be printed by us.

Important Notice

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to print any ID card that we feel may be used for any fraudulent activities that will breach data protection regulations.

ID cards we cannot print

This section of the policy is to make our customers aware of what types of ID cards we cannot print.

We do Not print or offer the following ID cards such as:

• Fake IDs such as licences or passports or Fake certificates or diplomas IDs.
• Birth certificates IDs or Driver’s licences, National Insurance number(s), Passport(s) Identifications of ANY sort.
• Childminder badges, Government IDs, Classified or restricted document IDs.
• Transit and vehicle items, IDs or documents, ID Design plans of commercial airlines or plane engines.
• Documents or IDs that are designed to look like official documents but are actually fake.
• Internal, not-for-public IDs, documents, manuals, and other materials from companies that provide public transportation, including airlines, buses, ferries, underground, and trains.
• ID Blueprints or schematics of airports, underground, or bus, tram, ferry and train stations.
• Delivery or courier company decals, logos, or delivery vehicles like those from ParcelForce, Federal Express (FedEx), DHL, United Parcel Service (UPS) or Royal Mail.
• Information on how to obtain or make fake IDs.
• Items that are used to create or modify IDs, government documents or hospital IDs licences.

NHS Staff Badges: We regret to inform that SecureID Print is currently not authorized to print NHS staff badges. For approved suppliers capable of producing NHS branded items, including staff badges, please refer to the official NHS Identity Guidelines available at: NHS ID Card Printing Guidelines.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO PRINT THESE TYPES OF IDs, WE WILL NOT PRINT THESE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND THIS MAY BE REPORTED TO THE METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPENDING ON THE REQUEST.
